AdopSource is... a unique non-profit organization that serves the adoptee communities in Minnesota.

We provide a means for adoptees, their families, adoptee organizations, and the greater community to connect and learn through collective resources about heritage, cultures, and identity.

Defining Adoption vs Post Adoption

Adoption

Adoption is a service offered by an agency or other entitity that is authorised under law to perform functions in relation to preparing adotive parents, councel birth parents, perform home-studies, complete paperwork, and place children in homes.

Post Adoption

AdopSource defines post adoption as a service offered by an organization like AdopSource. This service provides programs and projects to adoptees and their families post the adoption.

They can involve but are not limited to assistance with cultural awareness and identity formation.

Our Roots...

In 1998, our sister organization, Global Overseas Adoptees' Link, also known as G.O.A.'L Korea, was established and became a primary resource for networking and advocating for adoptee rights in Korea. 

AdopSource which will be located in St. Paul, Minnesota. Our mission - is to support the integration of culture, identity, and life experience for adopted individuals, their families, and the greater community.
