Beth Daly
Beth received her B.A. in Elementary Education from Saint Mary’s University in Winona. After teaching for several years, she went back to school and received a Masters Degree in Teaching and Learning from Saint Mary’s University. Beth serves as AdopSources's President. Beth is a former board member of the Mentee/Mentor Program through Children’s Home Society and AK Connections. She also volunteered as a mentor for six years with the Mentee/Mentor Program and served on various committees with Children’s Home Society. Beth serves as a Board Member of AdopSource. Beth is currently teaching first grade at Indian Mounds Elementary School in Bloomington, MN. Beth is a Korean adoptee who was adopted with her biological sister.
Sarah
Pradt
Sarah, formerly on the faculties of the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and Macalester College, works at HECUA [http://www.hecua.org], a consortium of liberal arts colleges and universities offering off-campus study programs focusing on social justice. She serves as the Vice President of AdopSource. She holds a Ph.D. in East Asian Literature from Cornell University and was a Fulbright researcher in Japan in 2002-03. In Fall 2007, she taught a course at the University of MN-Twin Cities that examined the origin and history of the image of the geisha in Japanese culture, and the persistent effects of that image in U.S. culture. Sarah is parent to a daughter adopted in China.
Adam Larson
Adam received his B.S. Degree in Management Information Systems from North Dakota State University in Fargo North Dakota. He has been a part of several non profits in the twin cities including Lutheran Social Service of MN, CommonBond Communities, and The Patchwork Quilt's Digital Divide Initiative. Currently he works as an IT Manager for StayWell Health Management in Eagan. Adam is a Vietnamese adoptee who was evacuated as part of Operation Babylift.

Kate Sands
Kate serves as the Secretary and is the Co-Chair of the Events and
Membership Committee for AdopSource. She received her B.A. in Global
Studies and Asian Languages from The University of Minnesota, Twin
Cities. Kate has volunteered for various Korean adoption organizations
and currently volunteers for the Korean Quarterly newspaper as a
Korean drama reviewer. Kate enjoys traveling to Korea and had the
opportunity to study at Korea University in Seoul. She plans on
expanding her interest in international/transracial adoption during
her graduate studies.
Aron Spiess
Aron received his B.A. in Secondary English Education and a minor in Technology from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. Aron also serves as a board member on the long term planning committee of the Dragon Festival. Aron volunteers for the Asian Pacific Cultural Center and AdopSource as the Web Developer and Master. Aron is a Senior Technology Support Analyst in Information Technology at UnitedHealth Group. Aron is a Korean adoptee.
Paula O'Loughlin
Paula received her B.S. in Elementary Education with a Middle School Mathematics Specialty from the College of St. Catherine. Paula serves as a Board Member of AdopSource. Paula is currently a stay-at-home mom of two children; a daughter who is 6 years old and a son who is 3 1/2 years. Born in Seoul, South Korea, Paula returned to her birth country with her husband, Sean, in 2004 when they traveled to adopt their son. Paula has volunteered as a class leader at Korean Culture Camp in Minneapolis, has served on her church's Social Justice Committee and has spoken on adoptee and adoptive parent panels. Her writing on transracial adoption and adoptive parenting has been published in various publications. Paula is a Korean adoptee.
