Engage adoptees to become successful leaders.
- Objective 1: Provide scholarship funds to adoptees to continue their education and advance in their careers.
- Objective 2: Maintain an adoptee mentorship program.

Build a comprehensive network of partner organizations.
- Objective 1: Collaborate with multiple organizations and agencies to ensure services and resources are appropriate, current, and balanced.
- Objective 2: Provide small grants to other adoptee organizations to assist their financial needs in adoptee projects.
Serve the international adoptee community.
- Objective 1: Maintain an organization run by an adoptee majority.
- Objective 2: Provide a space for adoptees and their families, adoptee organizations, and the greater community.
Encourage dialogue on how adoptees balance issues of race, culture, and identity.
