AdopSource is pleased to announce the 1st of 2 winners in the Minnesota International Adoptee Needs Assessment iPad Drawing: Adult Korean Adoptee Catherine Gardner! Catherine shares her interest in the Needs Assessment and why this project is important to her:

"As Korean adoptees, my brother and I grew up in a small town where there wasn't a lot of racial diversity and hardly any other adoptees.  Because I have always had a strong interest in my adoptive background and heritage, I am thankful that my family supported me to learn all I could given my limited resources.  

I strongly support AdopSource's Minnesota International Adoptee Needs Assessment because there are so many adoptees with untold stories and questions; by conducting this survey, I believe it will be possible to build a stronger community where adoptees of all backgrounds can have access to information and resources that will help them on their life journeys."
