Council on Asian-Pacific Minnesotans
The Council on Asian-Pacific Minnesotans ('Council' or 'CAPM') was created by the Minnesota State Legislature in 1985 pursuant to Minn. Stat. 3.9226 to fulfill the following primary objectives: advise the governor and state legislators on issues pertaining to Asian Pacific people; ensure Asian Pacific Minnesotans are more incorporated and engaged in the governmental and policymaking process; see that residents of Asian Pacific descent have sufficient access to state government services; promote the talents and resources of Asian Pacific people where appropriate; and act as a broker between the Asian Pacific community in Minnesota and mainstream society.

The Consortium for the Study of the Asias

The Consortium for the Study of the Asias (CSA) is a designated National Resource Center (NRC) in Asia Studies by the US Department of Education. With that CSA is charged with developing educational leadership in the following areas:
- promoting less commonly taught Asian Languages and strengthening foreign language faculty and pedagogy training
- leading outreach opportunities for teachers (K-16)
- furthering the teaching and understanding of Asia through undergraduate and graduate course offerings
- supporting the development of new course curricula and building intellectual strength through conferences, colloquia and symposia
- improve and provide library acquisitions and online research materials

Target Adoption Network
Generously the Target Adoption Network has awared AdopSource two consecutive grants, 2008 and 2009.
The network's mission is to strengthen families and communities worldwide by helping children find permanent families through adoption.
This is accomplished by:
- Raising awareness about the need and benefits of adoption
- Supporting team members who are trying to adopt or who have adopted
- Connecting team members with resources to help with the adoption process and to support adoptive families
- Educating team members on how Target can assist them with adoption
- Informing team members on the financial options for adoption
- Working at the local, national and international levels to improve adoption laws and practices
